Summary
As a camera operator, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage of our events. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating camera equipment, ensuring proper lighting and sound, and capturing footage that meets the event requirements. You will work closely with event organizers and other production staff to ensure that all aspects of the event are captured on camera.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for setting up camera equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio equipment, and ensuring proper lighting and sound throughout the event. You will work closely with event organizers and other production staff to capture footage that meets the event requirements, following event schedules and shot lists to ensure all important moments are captured on camera. You will also be responsible for editing and delivering high-quality footage if needed that meets the client's needs, and staying up-to-date with the latest camera and editing technology and techniques.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in this field, with a strong portfolio of event footage. Yoy should possess extensive knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups, as well as proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail and the ability to capture all important moments and follow event schedules and shot lists. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will need to work collaboratively with event organizers and other production staff. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing event conditions and requirements, and have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
